Meet Brooke: Headwaters’ New Lifestyle Director

Headwaters is thrilled to welcome Brooke, our new Lifestyle Director, whose passion for bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences is already making waves in our community. With a rich background in event planning, hospitality, and resident engagement, Brooke brings the perfect blend of creativity, organization, and heart to her new role.

Her journey to Lifestyle Director began with a deep love for connection – whether coordinating major events like the Gruene Music & Wine Fest or curating intimate local gatherings, she has always believed in the magic of shared experiences. Each step in her career has strengthened her ability to craft events that leave lasting impressions.

Why Headwaters?

For Brooke, Headwaters immediately stood out as more than just a beautiful place to live – it’s a vibrant, forward-thinking community that values connection, nature, and quality of life. “The Hill Country setting, the beautiful amenities, and the welcoming culture drew me in right away,” she says. “I knew this was a place where I could make a meaningful impact while also feeling at home.”

A Heart for Connection

Brooke sees the Lifestyle Director role as the very heart of community engagement. In the short term, she’s focused on learning residents’ interests, introducing fresh events, and ensuring consistent communication so everyone feels included. Long term, she envisions developing signature annual traditions and offering diverse programming for all ages, solidifying Headwaters as one of the most connected communities in the area.

Favorite Headwaters Spots

From The Hub to the pavilion, pool, and scenic trail system, Brooke is inspired by the possibilities each space offers. “Whether it’s hosting a lively gathering, sipping coffee while enjoying Hill Country views, or creating active, family-friendly programs, these amenities set the stage for genuine connection,” she says.

What’s Coming Up

Residents can look forward to a full and varied calendar – think seasonal celebrations, food truck nights, fitness pop-ups, and creative workshops. Brooke is committed to offering something for everyone, making Headwaters a true hub for gatherings, friendships, and unforgettable moments.

A Glimpse Into Brooke’s World

Brooke moved from Tucson, Arizona, to Boerne, Texas, when she was 12 and now calls the Hill Country home. When she’s not dreaming up new events, she enjoys spending time with close friends, catching live concerts, traveling, and soaking up the outdoors. She’s also a proud mom to three wonderful kids, one in heaven and two here at home, Harper (9) and Luca (11). She shares her days with a lively crew of three French Bulldogs, a Maltese, a King Charles Cavalier, and three playful cats who keep life entertaining.

For Future Neighbors

To anyone considering a move to Headwaters, Brooke has a simple message:

“Headwaters isn’t just a neighborhood, it’s where connections come alive. Every season brings new events, new friendships, and endless possibilities.”
